Job Description
Position – Service Engineer - HVAC and Heat Pumps £48k
Company – Large National M&E provider with a national team of AC and Heat Pump service engineers
Location – North West
Industry – Commercial HVAC / Air conditioning / AC A/C / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, ASHP, Air Source Heat Pumps, unvented hot water,
Desired Experience – Air conditioning service and maintenance engineer, heat pump trained, heating engineer with heat pump training, FGAS, G3, unvented hot water, electrical edition, fault find and fix, PPM's.
The Role
A leading national mechanical engineering provider seeks an HVAC and Heat Pump Service and Maintenance Engineer to add to their North East HVAC team. You will be focused on North East commercial and Domestic planned preventive maintenance contracts and emergency fault find and fix call outs on commercial HVAC VRF / VRV air conditioning and Domestic Air Source Heat Pump systems from the main HVAC and heat pump manufacturers.
Experience Required
You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing HVAC and ideally heat pumps systems. Ideally you will be highly capable at fault find and fix. F Gas, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications and manufacturer training would be an advantage. Great teamwork and communication skills are also important both from a client facing perspective and internal regional team cooperation to service contracts and resolve fault find and fix call outs both quickly and effectively. If you have worked your way up on the tools as an apprentice and are highly knowledgeable with or without Level 2 or Level 3 HVAC and Heat Pump certifications then please still apply. Other certifications that are of interest are G3 unvented, plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilation.

Their HVAC and Heat Pumps service engineers all have extensive and advanced knowledge on servicing HVAC systems and Heat Pumps from the top air conditioning and air source heat pump manufacturers and their Service Engineers are highly skilled at advanced fault finding and fixing on both air conditioning and heat pumps.
The Package
Initial indications are a package up to £48,000 with bonus for 37 hours per week door to door, overtime and weekends. A company van or van allowance will be provided along with pension, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, 27 days holiday + bank holidays. Overtime and weekends flexible depending on your needs.
