Wireless Service Team is growing!
We are looking to expand our Field Engineering team and have vacancies for Service Engineers available for applicants in: Guildford, Basingstoke, Reading, Crawley or Slough.

In the role of Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and providing technical support for WCCTV Rapid Deployment CCTV Towers.
Starting salary of £31,000 with the potential to increase to £35,000 within 12 months PLUS overtime and on call payments.
Responsibilities of a Service Engineer:
Provide a full range of servicing and fault-finding diagnostics to determine appropriate solutions.
Ability to provide a consistent approach whilst utilising your initiative, with minimal supervision, maintaining our core value of a customer-first approach.
Continuously seek to add value to the services provided and achieve first-time fixes.
We partner with our customers to ensure that the quality of service provided meets or exceeds their expectations.
Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols.
This role is field based – travel to sites from your home base with a WCCTV vehicle.
You will be responsible for providing support on sites where our systems are deployed within your home areaThe Benefits:
Starting annual salary of £31,000, with clear opportunities for salary increases through training and performance within our skills framework, up to £35,000 within 12 months.
25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays.

External training including nationally recognised accreditations: EUSR, PASMA and IPAF. Your Experience & Characteristics
At least 2 years of experience in a security role, with knowledge of servicing CCTV systems is essential
NVQ Level 3 in Security Systems is desirable
Full Clean UK Driving Licence required
Employment subject to successful security screening and enhanced disclosure check
Have a passion for technology & engineering
Strong communication and collaboration skills: a customer first approach is at the forefront of everything we do, so it is important that our core values are reflected in your work
Ability to work within a team and also independently is key to this role
A strong work ethic with a desire to learn is essential
