The Role
No two days will be the same. One day you could be adjusting bi-folds or sealing a conservatory roof, and the next you'll be making a customer's day by fixing a long-standing issue on the spot. You'll bring your technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and pride in doing a job well done.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve issues within the product warranty period
Carry out installations and repairs to conservatories, windows, and doors
Fit sealed units, replacement sashes and door slabs, hinges, handles, and more
Identify and repair roof leaks, adjustments, and other remedial workAbout You
Experience in window, door, and conservatory installation or service engineering
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Practical, flexible, and proactive approach with great common sense
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and planning skills
Confident communicator who can think on their feet and delight customersBenefits
