We're currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated BMS Service Engineer Team Leader to join our growing Smart Infrastructure division. This is a fantastic opportunity to blend hands-on engineering with people leadership, helping deliver innovative, energy-efficient building management solutions across a variety of client sites.
Your Impact
As a BMS Service Engineer Team Leader, you'll take charge of:
Leading and mentoring a team of BMS service engineers
Managing planned and reactive maintenance of BMS systems
Handling complex fault diagnostics and technical issues
Ensuring delivery aligns with KPIs and client expectations
Performing system health checks and site audits
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Supporting energy-saving strategies and system optimization
Participating in out-of-hours customer support
Maintaining accurate service records and driving continuous improvement
What You Bring
Essential:
Proven experience working with BMS systems
Strong understanding of HVAC, controls, and building automation
Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and organisational skills
Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Controls Engineering)
Desirable:
Siemens certification or training
Experience with smart building and energy management systems
Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, KNX
Knowledge of IT networks and BMS cybersecurity
