Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (DOE)
Ideal Candidate Location: Midlands (for central access to territory)
Our client, a leader in vehicle lighting solutions, is seeking a Field-Based Service Engineer to support customers across the Midlands, North England, and Scotland. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle lighting systems, including roadside repairs on HGV trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site service visits for installation, maintenance, and repair of vehicle lighting systems.
Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical faults efficiently.
Perform roadside repairs and maintain accurate service records.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Electrical fault-finding and repair experience.
Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic skills.
Comfortable working outdoors on vehicles in all weather conditions.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
