Service & Maintenance Coordinator Location: Durham, UK Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE) Standard Hours: 42.5hrs per week Type of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent opportunity Years of relevant experience: 2-3 years of experience desirable Join Our Team – Service & Management Coordinator We are looking for a Service & Management Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team! This role is ideal for a resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you!
