We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join a prestige main dealer in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and professional Service Manager with a strong track record of success in the motor trade to lead a large aftersales team within a premium dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive service department.
Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Drive aftersales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
Monitor departmental KPIs, budgets, and processes to meet manufacturer standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation.
About You:
Proven experience as a Service Manager in a main dealer or prestige automotive environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
Stable career history with evidence of achieving departmental targets.
Customer-focused, commercially aware, and process-driven.
Prestige or premium brand experience is highly desirable.
