The Service Manager (Home Care) will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with regulations and a focus on client satisfaction. Client Details This not-for-profit organisation operates within the care sector, focusing on providing essential home care services to the community. As a medium-sized organisation, they are committed to maintaining high standards and supporting a diverse range of clients with their care needs. Description Manage and oversee daily home care operations to ensure excellent service delivery. Ensure compliance with care regulations and organisational policies at all times. Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to achieve performance targets. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction. Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
