Are you working within the Industrial refrigeration field where you have experience managing a service team? Are you looking to join a leading global IREF business to further your career? This role may be for you!
Our client is looking for a experienced Service manager who comes from the Industrial refrigeration Industry. This will be a busy and varied role covering the UK although Midlands & Manchester is an idea location for this position.
This role is looking for someone with drive and ambition to push the UK IREF operations forward, oversee and manage the service engineers , P&L management, etc. You will utilise your technical knowledge and leadership attributes to lead this team and delivery excellent service.
This role would expect you have a close relationship across various indiviudals within the business including GM & service team leaders where you will look to review and improve on set objectives.
This is a hybrid role split between Office/Home/Sites
