Your new role
Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Manage and support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
Oversee financial controls and manage budgets
Develop strategic partnerships with commissioners, health and social care stakeholders.
Prepare reports for funders and the Board, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Promote resilience and wellbeing among families through tailored support services.What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in service management, ideally within the voluntary sector.
Strong understanding of the impact of addiction on families.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in financial oversight and reporting.
