What will you be doing?
• You will be leading the team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians,
• Overseeing scheduling and resource planning,
• Conducting regular site visits & audits,
• Training & mentoring new team members.
Where will you be doing it?

What you'll need:
• Proven experience in a field service or operations management role,
• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic or Controls engineering,
• Strong leadership skills,
• Strong communication skills - customer focused role,
• Full UK driving license,
• Happy travelling across Scotland and occasionally across the UK,
• Experience managing remote teams across multiple sites.
