With a focus on expert neurorehabilitation, this role offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure the highest quality of care.
With an annual salary of up to £48,000, this role offers excellent benefits including 38 days of annual leave (bank holidays included) and the ability to buy or sell up to 5 days of leave. You'll also enjoy a Health Cash Plan and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

As a Service Manager, you will:
Oversee the effective management of the service, ensuring high-quality care
Lead and direct a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic objectives
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legislation
Market the service to potential commissioners and referrers
Manage budgets and financial systems, including recruitment and employment practices
Actively participate in business development and marketing opportunities
Ensure service users are involved in their care plans and reviews

About You
The ideal candidate for the Service Manager role will have:
A QCF(NVQ) Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and legislation
Experience in managing high-quality residential services
Ability to lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team
Experience in managing budgets and financial systems
Flexibility to work unsociable hours when needed
