We’re working with a highly successful and well-established UK dealer group in Liverpool that is continuing to grow and invest in its people and operations. With a strong reputation across multiple brands and ambitious plans ahead, they’re now seeking an experienced Service Manager to take full ownership of a large, high-performing department.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across a busy service operation. You’ll be leading from the front—developing your team, optimising processes, and ensuring the department consistently delivers against both financial and customer service targets.

You’ll have full responsibility for a well-structured and experienced team, including:

  * 6 Service Advisors / Reception team

  * 19 Workshop Technicians

  * Workshop Controller

  * Administration support

  * Drivers

This role is ideal for a proven Service Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to make a real impact within a forward-thinking dealer group.

What You’ll Get

  * £55,000 basic salary

  * £75,000 realistic OTE (with genuine earning potential beyond this)

  * Company car

  * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

  * Weekend rota
