My client is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager with a full UK license, 5+ years experience managing a big franchise dealership looking to make that next step in their career
Service Manager – Leeds
 Salary – Up to £50,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car OTE 70k DOE & Qualifications
 Days – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota

You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
Smooth and efficient running of the service department
Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
Drive customer service
Monitoring KPIs
Driving the team, support and trainingService Manager Requirements:

Must have at least 5+ years experience as a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at a main / franchised dealership
Must have experienced managing a large team
Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
