Job Description

Job Title: Registered/Service Manager – Adult Supported Living (North West) Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: North West England Are you an experienced leader in adult social care looking for your next challenge? An established organisation with a strong reputation in adult care and children’s domiciliary services is now expanding into Adult Supported Living Services across the North West. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable professional to play a pivotal role in setting up and leading this new service area from the ground up. The Role As the Registered/Service Manager for Adult Supported Living, you will: * Lead on the establishment and registration of new supported living services for adults with diverse and complex needs. * Work closely with Local Authorities and commissioning bodies to build positive partnerships and secure sustainable placements. * Ensure services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, achieving and maintaining positive CQC ratings. * Recruit, develop, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care. * Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in line with regulatory requirements and organisational values. About You We are looking for someone who: * Has proven experience in setting up and managing adult supported living services. * Understands the commissioning process and has experience working with Local Authorities and other stakeholders. * Has a track record of successfully leading teams and achieving positive CQC outcomes. * Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives. * Holds a relevant care qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent).
