Spencer Clarke Group are seeking two Service Managers for a client in West London.
In this role, you will manage and support a frontline team to provide person-centred, trauma-informed services that promote recovery, wellbeing, and independent living for residents and participants.
Duties:
Lead, motivate, and support frontline staff, overseeing recruitment, training, supervision, and performance to ensure a high-performing, compassionate team.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred support that meets residents' and participants' needs and promotes independent living.
Maintain regulatory, contractual, and organisational compliance, including safeguarding, risk assessments, case recording, and health and safety standards.
Oversee budgets, property, and resources, while building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Experience leading, motivating, and developing staff in a social care, housing, or related setting.
Experience supporting people with mental health issues, substance misuse, homelessness, or involvement in the criminal justice system.
Experience managing service delivery, budgets, compliance, safeguarding, and housing-related responsibilities.
Experience building effective relationships with colleagues, residents, participants, and external partners.What's on offer:
Salary: £38,700 per annum
Contract Type: 1 X Permanent PositionAND 1 X 12 Month Fixed Term Position
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
