Job Description
Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Service Manager for a Client in West London.
In this role you will lead and inspire a team of support workers, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services to people who have experienced homelessness and face complex needs.
Duties:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including risk management, case recording, and service improvements.
Work directly with partners and agencies to ensure residents receive the right support at the right time.
Manage housing and property responsibilities, ensuring safe, well-maintained accommodation.
Monitor budgets and resources to keep the service running smoothly and effectively.Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Experience supporting people with multiple and complex needs (e.g. homelessness, mental health, substance use, offending).
Proven frontline work in supported housing, with readiness or experience to step into leadership.
Ability to lead, motivate, and empower teams to deliver high-quality support.
Confident in managing risk, making decisions, and handling complex situations.
Comfortable using IT systems and adapting quickly to new software.What's on offer:
Salary: £38,700 per annum
Contract type: 1 X Permanent Position AND 1 X 12 Month Fixed Term Position
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
