Location: Ipswich
Salary: £33,000 basic plud bonus OTE 40k plus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm, alternate Saturday mornings on rota

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to take full responsibility for our service department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and reputable dealership in Ipswich, leading a skilled team and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for a proven Service Manager or an experienced Service Supervisor looking to step up into management.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department
Drive performance through effective leadership, coaching, and development of the service team
Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and professionally
Monitor departmental KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless business operations
Maintain compliance with health & safety legislation and company policiesRequirements – Service Manager
Previous experience as a Service Manager or in a similar senior service role within the automotive industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in service management systems and reporting tools
