We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join a Complex PBS Supported Living service covering the Croydon and Caterham area. This role will see you lead and oversee up to 8 supported living placements, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for service delivery, staff management, and building strong relationships with commissioners and referrers, all while creating an environment where individuals can truly thrive.
Salary: £48,000

Hours: 37.5 per week
Setting: Complex PBS Supported Living Services
Location: Croydon & Caterham area
Your key responsibilities will be:

Lead and manage day-to-day supported living services
*
Ensure compliance with legislation, CQC standards, and best practice
*
Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and referrals for new placements
*
Build and maintain effective commissioner and referrer relationships
*
Recruit, supervise, and develop a skilled PBS-informed workforce
*
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and outcomes of those supported
*
Support business growth and maximum service occupancy
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
*
2+ years’ leadership in complex needs or PBS services
*
Experience in residential or supported living environments
*
Strong team leadership and staff development experience
*
Knowledge of learning disability and/or autism services
*
Ability to manage services in a fast-paced environment
