Position: Service Manager - Mental Health
Location: Lincoln, UK
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee our supported living services for adults with mental health in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum plus a car allowance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years management experience in a mental health setting
Hold a level 4 qualification in care or above
Strong understanding of mental health and related services
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposesResponsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services for adults with mental health
Ensure high-quality care and support is provided to service users
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Manage and support a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively
Maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders
Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support to service users
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure quality standards are met
Stay updated on developments and best practices in the mental health field
