Service Manager
Up to £75,000 + Benefits and Bonus

We are seeking a Service Manager, to be based in Leicestershire.
We are currently hiring for a Service Manager to join a market-leading engineering business operating within the Power Generation sector. This position is based at our Hinckley office and plays a critical role in delivering service excellence to clients across the UK and internationally.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Service Manager, you will:
Manage service delivery for retrofits, upgrades, and spare parts
Coordinate site teams and project stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget
Plan and attend customer visits to develop new business
Provide technical support and oversee audits and reports
Use CRM systems for forecasting, opportunity tracking, and reportingRequirements
Mechanical or Process Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
Background in heavy engineering or power generation (waste-to-energy ideal)
Experience in service sales and project execution
Strong technical, leadership, and client-facing skills
Excellent understanding of HSE best practices
CRM system experience is a strong advantagePackage Details
Competitive salary between £65,000 - £75,000
