Job Description
aytime Healthcare are assisting a supported living organisation who are looking for a Service Manager to join their team in Rochdale, Mancheaster.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations in the absence of the Registered/Deputy Care Manager.
* Support with Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration and inspection processes.
* Manage and support the care team through regular supervisions, appraisals, and training.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and create person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
* Develop rotas that reflect the needs of service users and staff availability
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Proven experience in a similar management role in the care sector.
* Background working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A clear understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding and risk management.
Desirable:
* Experience in service development and partnership working.
* Familiarity with CQC standards and inspections.
