The Role
The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of field engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position is well-suited for someone from a field engineering background or similar technical role within the security, automotive, or electrical maintenance sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and service delivery across the assigned region

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of field-based engineers/technicians
*
Monitor performance against KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
*
Conduct site visits, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*
Handle client escalations and maintain strong working relationships
*
Report on regional service metrics and contribute to strategic planning
*
Optimise workforce scheduling and job allocation
Required Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience in a service management or field engineering leadership role
*
Background in security systems, automotive services, electrical maintenance, or a related industry
*
Strong technical acumen and ability to support field operations
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Ability to interpret technical documentation and enforce service standards
*
Full UK driving licence (or applicable regional equivalent)
Desirable
* Working knowledge of Timespace DVRs, Streamax, Robustel routers, or similar systems.

Knowledge of compliance and industry-specific regulations
