We’re seeking a Service & Sales Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team in Basingstoke. You’ll be working within a small, close-knit office team while being part of a well-established, respected business.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. Partnering with a colleague, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
Planning the logistics of service schedules - book in service visits with customers.
Preparing and sending customer quotes.
Processing sales orders accurately through the system.
Raising invoices and follow up where necessary.
Supporting lead generation activity
Accurately maintain customer records.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the process.What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ office experience in administration or sales support.
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
A proactive approach with enthusiasm to learn and take ownership.
Comfortable using IT systems (training provided on in-house software).
Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or order processing is desirable but not essential.What We Offer:
