Responsibilities and duties of the Service Sales Manager role
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will:
Build and develop lasting relationships with an established customer base, acting as a trusted commercial contact.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by promoting additional maintenance and engineering services.
Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking and direct customer engagement.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and supporting documentation for prospective and existing clients.
Liaise with operational and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Support contract discussions, renewals and commercial negotiations where required.
Attend customer meetings, industry exhibitions and networking events to strengthen the company's market presence.
Produce regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates and commercial forecasts for senior management.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's service portfolio and industry developments to provide informed advice to customers.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Experience in a commercial, account management or business development role within the wind industry.
Knowledge of wind turbine maintenance or engineering services.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Commercial awareness and confidence supporting contracts and proposals.
Full UK driving licence.
Able to commute to the Perth office.
