Job Description
Service Technician
We're looking for an experienced service technician to join a well-established, business specialising in horticultural and ground care machinery. You will carry out servicing and repairs on a range of horticultural machinery.
* Knowledge of horticultural machinery is an advantage
* Knowledge of domestic and professional grass machinery
* Perform routine maintenance and repair work on horticultural machinery for a wide range of customers
* Identify and resolve mechanical issues, delivering both servicing and effective repair solutions
* Work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively within a team environment
* Capable of manual handling, with a sensible approach to lifting heavy items safely
* Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
* Provide outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone
* Highly self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
