About the Role:
As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-quality electrical products continue to deliver outstanding performance. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a variety of products.
Conduct regular servicing and maintenance on all products to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers when needed.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Stay updated with the latest product developments and technologies.What We're Looking For:
Relevant experience in electrical repairs and servicing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A passion for audio equipment and sound quality.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
