We're Hiring: ServiceNow - Solution Advisory
📍 UK-wide | Hybrid (remote, office & client travel)
💰 £100,000-£120,000 + bonus + benefits
Are you a ServiceNow expert ready to make a real impact?
We're building a new Solution Advisory Practice and looking for someone with deep technical expertise to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You'll work with CxO-level stakeholders, influence major transformation programmes, and drive innovation across ITSM and platform services.
🌟 What You'll Do
Lead architecture and design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
Advise clients on platform strategy, governance, and roadmap development.
Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions from concept to implementation.
Champion automation, integration, and process optimisation.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and execute transformation strategies.
🔧 What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of the Now Platform and managing ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
ServiceNow CSA (Implementation Specialist certifications desirable).
ITIL Foundation certified with ITSM best practice expertise.
Experience leading enterprise programmes and solving complex architectural challenges.
Strategic, innovative, and confident building lasting senior-level relationships.
