ServiceNow Architect
6 Month Contract
London / Reading (Hybrid)
£550/day (Outside IR35)
ServiceNow Architect needed for a 6 Month Contract. A chance to work with a global IT Consultancy on a ServiceNow project for an external client.
Hybrid working - working 3 days/week remotely from home (WFH) + 2 days/week from the office in either London or Reading (depending on your preference).
Paying up to £550/day (Outside IR35). Start ASAP ideally in September 2025. Key skills, experience + tasks will include:
Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of ServiceNow.
Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.
Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax.
Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement and support of latest ServiceNow platform.
Facilitating rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow.
Perform ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients leverage of the latest releases of the ServiceNow application ensuring implementation occurs in a timely manner with minimal disruption to client IT operations.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting.
Deep experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB).
Practical experience in creation or modification of the relevant CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, toolset components.
Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process area.
