ServiceNow System Administrator with experience working in an ITSM environment is sought on a fully remote contract basis by a global financial technology leader.
Working with international retailers to deliver cutting-edge payment solutions this ServiceNow System Admin will join a newly formed ServiceNow service management central service offering excellent project work and contract longevity.
This ServiceNow System Administrator should have most of the following key skills:
- At least a year's ServiceNow system admin experience ideally gained in a ITSM environment
- Hands-on experience configuring core ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Request, CMDB).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and scripting
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Whilst the max day rate on offer is £260 the contract is a minimum of 12 months (with high probability of extension), fully remote and is outside of IR35.
