We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Service Charge Accountant with a strong background in property accounting. This temporary role is a pivotal part of our Accounting & Finance team where we are looking for someone to prepare accounts for Audit.

Description
Preparation and review of service charge accounts
Ensuring financial compliance with regulations in the property industry
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analysing and advising on financial data and reports
Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team for financial planning
Preparing Accounts for AuditProfile
We are looking for someone who is:
Immediately available
Has a good knowledge of Service charges accounts and has prepared for Audit
Able to commit to a 2-3 month temporary assignment.Job Offer
An estimated hourly pay of £13.5 - £16.5
