Sewing Machinist
£27,000 Plus benefits
Our busy client is looking for a full time permanent sewing machinist to help with a variety of products and textiles.
Duties for the Sewing Machinist:
* Accurately cutting textiles to plan.
* To feed garments or textile sections through the machines.
* To change machine settings for different jobs.
* Sewing textiles of different sizes and substrates.
Skills Required for the Sewing Machinist:
* Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required.
* High level of organisation is vital.
* Must be a good team player with great communication skills.
* Flexible approach and ability to do overtime where required.
* Experience of using a sewing machine.
Hours of work for the Sewing Machinist:
Monday to Friday double days 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm
Overtime available
Benefits for the Sewing Machinist:
25 days plus bank holidays (rising to 30 plus bank holidays with time)
