About the Company
Mazco Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading aerospace engineering business known for precision manufacturing and technical excellence. Supplying high-performance components to major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, our client is looking to expand their fabrication team to support ongoing and upcoming aerospace projects.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator with a background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing. You will be responsible for producing and assembling complex sheet metal components using a variety of fabrication techniques and materials, including aluminium and titanium.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate precision sheet metal components and assemblies to aerospace standards
*
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications
*
Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, guillotines, rollers, and hand tools
*
Carry out TIG welding where required
*
Assemble and fit components to tight tolerances
*
Work to AS9100 quality standards and health & safety requirements
*
Deburr, finish, and inspect completed parts to ensure quality compliance
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or Fabricator within aerospace or precision engineering
*
Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings
*
Skilled in hand fabrication and machine operation
*
TIG welding experience is advantageous
*
High attention to detail and quality-focused approach
