We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sheet Metal Worker Improver to join our growing team in Waterlooville. Key Responsibilities

  * Assist skilled sheet metal workers in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal components

  * Operate basic machinery and hand tools under supervision

  * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (training provided where necessary)

  * Measure, cut, and shape metal materials to required dimensions

  * Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations

  * Support with material handling, preparation, and general workshop duties

  * Carry out basic quality checks on completed work

Requirements
