JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting engineering company in Nottingham to recruit for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their growing aerospace team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable precision engineering business with long-term contracts, job security, and a focus on high-quality aerospace manufacturing.
The Successful Sheet Metal Worker – Package:

Pay: £16.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Days – Monday to Friday
*
Overtime: Available at premium rates
*
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
*

The Successful Sheet Metal Worker – Requirements:
*
Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication within aerospace or precision engineering
*
Skilled in forming, bending, trimming, drilling, and riveting thin-gauge materials (aluminium, stainless steel, titanium)
*
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
*
Experience with hand tools, jigs, and fixtures for precision assemblies
*
A strong work ethic and focus on producing high-quality, conforming components
*
Previous experience within AS9100-accredited environments desirable
