Position: Sheet Metal Worker - Glasgow
 💰 £38,662 (plus potential 33% shift allowance)
 🕒 Flexible Shifts: Day, Back, Night & Weekend
 🎁 Perks: Competitive pension & enhanced annual leave

Shift Patterns:

Mon-Thu: Day 07:00-16:30 | Back 14:00-23:30 | Night 20:30-06:00

Fri-Sun: Weekend 07:00-19:30

Overtime Rates:

Mon-Thu: 1⅓x

Fri: 1.5x first 4 hrs, 2x thereafter

Sat: 1.5x | Sun: 2x

What you'll need:

Modern Apprenticeship / Trade Papers

SHE Induction, COSHH & Working at Height certification

Confidence working at height and in confined spaces

Experience in major construction or manufacturing
