SHEET METAL WORKER REQUIRED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE
Do you have previous experience working within a Sheet Metal, Welding or Fabrication environment and are you happy getting your hands dirty and doing a manual job daily?!
We are actively looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to join a very reputable manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire.
This is working a day shift pattern Monday to Friday (39.5 hours per week), and the role comes with an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour.
We are looking for someone who has used power tools daily, experience working as a Mechanical Assembler, Fabrication Assistant, Workshop Operative, Linisher or Sheet Metal previously would be a good fit for this job.
What You Will Do:
Prepare products prior to despatch, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.
Assemble, pack, and despatch goods with precision and care.
Safely store and identify products before they are shipped.
Sign paperwork and manage daily labels to ensure smooth operations.
Manufacture materials for production flows, contributing to the company's success.
What You Will Bring:
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and good practices.
Ability to work methodically, stay organised, and collaborate effectively with a team.
Competency with power tools and basic shop floor machinery.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality finish.
A flexible approach to work, including a willingness to obtain a forklift licence.
A Full UK Driving License
