Structures Technician / Sheet Metal Worker - Permanent - South Wales
- Salary: £37,000 + £6,000 shift allowance
- Hours: Day shift, Mon-Thurs with early Friday finish
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
A leading MRO company in South Wales is looking for an experienced Structures Technician/Sheet Metal Worker to join their base maintenance operation on a permanent basis.

About the Role
- Carrying out structural repairs and modifications on commercial aircraft
- Working within a busy base maintenance hangar
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Following approved maintenance documentation and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Structures Technician / Sheet Metal Worker in a base maintenance setting
- Aerospace background with strong knowledge of aircraft structures and repairs
- Experience on Boeing 737NG desirable but not essential
- Ability to work to tight tolerances and maintain high standards of workmanship
