Sheet Metal Worker
Location: Wythall
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00–16:30 | Friday 08:00–15:30 (early finish!)

About the Company
We’re working with a well-established ventilation manufacturer based in Wythall, specialising in natural ventilation systems, louvres, grilles, and acoustic products.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and wants to develop their career towards a Workshop Management position.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate galvanised and stainless steel components to a high standard
Read and interpret technical and construction drawings
Produce accurate cutting lists and work to specifications
Operate guillotine, brake press, and plasma cutting machinery
Bend, shape, and linish sheet metal to precise finishes
Support new product development and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
Proven sheet metal fabrication experience (essential)
Confident in reading and working from technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive, organised, and reliable work ethic
Knowledge of mechanical or manufacturing processes (advantageous)
