Now Hiring: SHEQ Manager - Kent
Salary: £50K + Bonus | Permanent | Office-Based | Full-Time (37 hrs/week)
Join the UK's leading specialist in humidification and dehumidification systems, as Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) Manager. You will take ownership of SHEQ compliance across our operations, ensuring adherence to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), Safe Contractor, Construction Line, and Gas Safe Registration.

What you'll need:
NEBOSH Certificate (minimum)
3-5 years' compliance experience, ideally in engineering/construction
Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
Proactive mindset, great communication skills, and attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
Lead all SHEQ initiatives and audits
Manage and update compliance policies and documentation via Atlas (Citation)
Deliver in-house training and staff engagement
Collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, efficient, and legally compliant environment
