Job Description

SHEQ Frameworks Manager required for our client. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced SHEQ Frameworks Manager professional to oversee and elevate safety, health, environmental, and quality performance across a broad portfolio of electrical infrastructure projects. Working within the distribution and connections division, this role covers multiple framework contracts with major electrical network operators, supporting planned works, customer connections, and network upgrades across the UK. SHEQ Frameworks Manager Candidate Requirements Essential: * Proven experience in a SHEQ leadership role within the utilities or construction sector * Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead by example * Capable of delivering training, briefings, and performance reviews with clarity and impact Desirable: * Experience working under DNO frameworks or within an Independent Connections Provider (ICP) environment * Familiarity with NERS accreditation and electrical safety management This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for a proactive SHEQ professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving safety excellence and innovation across infrastructure projects
