SHEQ Manager - Chemicals Manufacturing - North East Lincolnshire - £75-90k + 15% bonus
We’re supporting a leading manufacturing business in their search for an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead Safety, Health, Environment and Quality on a Top Tier COMAH site in Stallingborough.
This is a high-profile role where you’ll be part of the senior leadership team, driving improvements across safety, compliance, and sustainability, while leading and developing a talented SHEQ and QA function.
The Role
As SHEQ Manager, you will:

Shape and deliver the site SHEQ strategy in line with regulatory and corporate requirements
*
Champion and strengthen a positive safety culture across the site
*
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SHEQ/QA team
*
Manage COMAH, PSM, environmental permits, ISO systems, audits and inspections
*
Build strong relationships with regulators (HSE, EA) and senior stakeholders
*
Drive continuous improvement across all SHEQ and sustainability initiatives
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven SHEQ leadership experience, ideally within a Top Tier COMAH environment
*
NEBOSH Diploma (IEMA Diploma desirable)
*
Strong track record of working with regulators and managing ISO systems
*
Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
