Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a rewarding role with a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a fantastic work-life balance?
We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Abingdon. You will be responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance of our facilities, working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to earn a competitive salary without the burden of out-of-hours callouts.
What You'll Do:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across a range of building services equipment (Please specify equipment here, e.g., HVAC systems, pumps, compressors etc.)
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
Carry out repairs and installations of components and systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.What You'll Need:
A proven track record as a Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
Multi-skilled ability (mechanical and electrical skills are advantageousWhat We Offer:
