Here’s one for the hands-on engineers who like to keep things running smoothly and know their way around a fast-moving production line.
I’m looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join a cracking site in the lincolnshire area. You’ll be part of a tight-knit engineering team working on a Panama shift pattern – that’s alternating 3’s and 2’s, covering days and nights (06:00–18:00). It’s full-on but gives you proper time off to recharge.
What’s the setup?
It’s a high-volume chilled food site, so you’ll be jumping into planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault-finding on a mix of kit – think conveyors, mixers, chillers, etc. The team is experienced, the pace is fast, and the kit’s varied. It’s about keeping the lines moving, fixing things properly, and spotting improvements before issues happen.
What do you need?
A background in food/FMCG or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment
Confidence in fault-finding and root cause problem solving
A team-first mindset – this is a place where people get stuck in and look after each other
Happy with a Panama shift rotation (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off etc – days & nights)
