What You’ll Be Doing:
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex machine faults across high-speed, automated production lines.
* Acting as a process expert for specific equipment and mentoring Production Technicians.
* Using HMI, MES, and PC-based systems for diagnostics and performance monitoring.
* Leading small-scale improvement projects and supporting new equipment installations.
* Driving cost, quality, and safety improvements through technical innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical preferred).
* Proven experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing environments.
* Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Experience mentoring or supervising within an engineering team.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):
* Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and servo systems.
* SAP experience for parts ordering and data utilisation.
