Job Description

What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and support staff during shifts
✔ Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
✔ Manage incidents and decision-making in real time
✔ Promote routines, boundaries, and therapeutic approaches
✔ Work closely with management to deliver care plans
What You’ll Need:
🔸 Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
🔸 Experience in a children’s home setting
🔸 Strong leadership and communication skills
🔸 Calm, confident, and child-focused approach
