 £32,000 - £36,000 per annum 
 Rotating Days & Nights

 Trek Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing business in Wrexham for an experienced Production Supervisor.
  
 This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering a highly attractive shift pattern with every weekend off and, on some rotations, up to 5 consecutive days off.
 You'll be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  
 ROLE
 As Production Supervisor, you will:
  
Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily production targets 
Monitor production performance and resolve issues in real time 
Manage product changeovers, including size, colour and weight changes 
Ensure all production paperwork and reports are completed accurately 
Track production data and generate performance reports 
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping 
Support continuous improvement activities across the production area 
Manage shift staffing and approve annual leave requests 
Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and health & safety requirements  YOU
 We're looking for someone who has:
  
At least 3 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment 
Strong leadership and team management skills 
The ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment 
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities 
A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement 
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others 
A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality  THE OFFER
  
£32,000 - £36,000 per annum 
Rotating day and night shifts, 12 hours  
Every weekend off 
Some shift patterns offering up to 5 consecutive days off
