We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in the YO43 area. This is a hands-on position where you will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily team activities

Monitor workflow to meet production and operational deadlines
*
Enforce health & safety standards at all times
*
Provide training and guidance to staff
*
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report progress to management
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday) with weekend availability if required
*
Own transport is essential due to the location
*
