Shift Supervisor Late Shift
14:00 to 22:00
Mon to Fri
Competitive salary
Due to organic growth, our client is introducing a Shift Supervisor role on the late shift. The right candidate will be motivated and flexible.
Day to day duties would include, but not limited to:
* Compiling staff rotas.
* Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary
* Planning workloads.
* Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
* Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news
* Maintaining safety standards
* Training staff and ensuring training is up to date
* Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
* Conducting performance reviews
* Customer liaison
* Overseeing business audits
