Platinum Recruitment are working with a busy plastic manufacturing company in Poole who are looking for reliable Machine Operatives to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking steady work with the option of ongoing temporary or temp-to-perm contracts.

What you'll be doing:
Operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing machinery
Packing products directly from machines
Carrying out quality checks to ensure standards are met
Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shifts:
Day & night shifts - rotating every 2 weeks
Full-time hours with long shifts (must be flexible)
What we're looking for:
Reliability and good attention to detail
Ability to work both day and night shifts
Experience in a manufacturing/production role is helpful but not essentialPositive team attitude and willingness to learn
